  Breeder's Description - 'Top 44'
T44 is one of our top commercial strains. Top 44 is our fastest flowering variety which under ideal conditions can be ready in ~6 weeks. This strain stays low and does not branch to much making it ideal for confined gardens or sea of green farming. Top 44 is a strong easy to grow plant and a great selection for the first timer. Top 44 has also proven to be a great balcony producer. The smoke is deep and skunky with a long lasting buzz.

Really not that potent, low yielder, had some bag appeal though (managed to coax purple hairs out of it using cool temps). Has autoflowering tendencies. Smoke burned smooth in a joint, thats about all I can say about it. Not something I would recommend to anyone wanting to get high. May have som ...continued

I grew five Top 44 plants under four 4 ft fluorescent shoplights for the beginning to middle vegetation. I discovered two males, killed them, and put the remaining three outdoors during the Summer.

This is a very easy plant to grow. I used Miracle Grow once a week (not during flower) with regul

This strain is excellent. Any other reports that showed low yield, poor potency and anything otherwise bad is totally false. This strain was very easy to grow. Started seedlings indoors under a 70 watt hps and 2 40watt fluoro tubes, then moved them ourdoors, although it's an indoor strain, it did very well. The only differences between indoor and out is that it grew a bit bigger under the sun, and took a little bit longer to flower. Also, the genetics are a tad unstable outdoors. I saw only 2 variations, about half were a foot taller, with lots of branches and less trichs to start, and flowered a tad slower as well. The other was shorter, had no branches at all and grew a massive 1 cola bud from the bottom to the top. The trichs are noticeably fuller and they flowered quicker.
Other qualities were the resistance to many things. All the plants I neglected ended up female, while all the other I had time to take care of ended up male. Needless to say, the females were left root bound for several weeks, they were dry most of the time, and had no nutes at all. They basically turned yellow green, and started losing lower leaves. In the end, once they were given WEAK nutes and transplanted and watered properly, they took right off and recovered completely. I assume it lowered their overall yield, but I still brought in a whopping 1 lbs per plant. Other resistance were mold and overall lack of water and nutes. All of the plants at one point were without water for over a week, in 30 degree weather. They all turned yellow green before adding light nutes, and were exposed to the highest humidity and moisture levels imaginable. I only picked 2 small mold spots off 2 plants, to my amazement. Anyone living in Atlantic Canada knows how bad the mold was this year. So I was very happy with those results. The seeds were ordered from Nirvana through www.buydutchseeds.com The smoke of this weed is great. It is flavorful, and fruity. The aroma is great, not much smell during the grow, but once a few trichs pop, out it comes. The bag appeal is very good. Lots of trichs, a lighter green bud. It was very easy to grow and went through a lot to come out like t did. I recommend this strain to anyone who wants a much shorter flower time, and that doesn't sacrifice yield or potency.

I used all organic stuff. Soil was 30% worm castings, 30% perlite and the rest black earth with peat moss. Added high P bat guano for flowering, and some organic high N light fertz half way through veg. Grew em outdoors, watering cycles were determined by the rain. Watered maybe 3 times all season du to temporary drought.

Flowering I use 150watt HPS and I gave her nutes only twice the whole flowering time. I think if I feed her more nutes I would of gotten a bett ...continued

Friend of mine had a couple of plants to give away, that he had grown from seed. I thought it best to chop them up, into clones. A third plant, a wee bit on the scraggly side showed signs of female. So I thought, Well I won't tell you what I said. We eventually made 61 clones.

My pal eventually
