Breeder's Description - 'Wakeford' | | Wakeford is a recent hybrid bred for its namesake 'Jim Wakeford', who was the first licensed medicinal cannabis user in Canada. | Wakeford was truly a pleasure to grow, classic Christmas tree shape plants which liked their nutes, the six seeds I started gave me six females, large heavy leaves needed to be constantly tucked in during flower to facilitate light exposure to lower bud sites. An above average yielder with a mighty top cola and very decent lower buds, they were grown in 16" pots and were very thirsty plants needing watering almost every day even in that size pot. I didn't take any clones which was a big mistake as I'd have liked to have kept them going. I'll definitely be doing another grow with this strain sometime in the future.
Garden Information for this report A 4'x4'x6' box constructed from expanded polystyrene (styrofoam) sheets. Active intake with bathroom extract type fan and dehumidifier inline, active exhaust with ruck 125 to carbon filter. 600w HPS Medium is generic compost with 10% perlite, water and nutes as and when needed, nutes used biobizz grow/bloom/topmax. |
