I germinated 10 seeds only 4 were female, no hermies, and 6 males. I vegged these for 28 days, 21 under 4 4' flouro tubes and the last week of veg was under a 400W MH which I also flowered with the first time around. There wasn't a lot of branching unless topped or LSTed, and they were very uniform in stature. It would be a great strain for a SOG grow. 3 of the females were left to grow single colas and 1 was topped. There wasn't much of a difference in yield between the topped and untopped girls.

Where this strain really shines as far as growing goes is the next generation. Clones rooted very easily in peat pellets 7-10 days. And when you can fill your whole space with these plants you will get a great yield. I had 10 LSTed clones give me 11.5 oz from a 400W HPS in 45 days. I now flower with a 600W HPS and they really pack on the weight under the extra wattage.

Potency was much better than expected from a $30 pack of seeds. The original seed plants were pretty potent, but the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generation clones just keep getting better.

BigGun definately has a perminant place in my grow room. I've kept 2 mothers both from my favorite 1st generation clone.

I started these seeds out under a mixed spectrum of 4' flouro tubes on 24/0 in 60% scott's soil and 40%perlite. They were fed with Fox Farms Grow Big full strength at every watering after 2 weeks of growth. They all showed very uniform growth from day 1.

After vegging for 21 days I repotted up to 3 gal pots with coco coir as a medium and moved them under the 400W MH to veg for another week. I switched to 12/12 at 28 days of growth. I fed them with full strength Big Bloom every watering and gradually dropped the Grow Big after a few weeks of 12/12. Big Gun is definately a nutrient hog and will scarf up whatever you throw at it. The origional seed plants were harvested at day 52, still nice and green with very little yellowing of the fan leaves, maybe a week early but I couldn't wait any longer. The 4 females yeilded about 6 oz of extremely crystally buds.
