Shaman is a cross between Purple #1 and Skunk. The pack of 10 feminised seeds I bought gave me 5 healthy green Shamans and 5 healthy purple Shamans, so it's 50% purple and 50% green.
The purple ones grow out big and christmas tree shaped (check the plant on the left on the 4th picture), the green ones stay more compact and can be made very branchy if topped.
No real problems observed during veg period, except for the usual spider mite attack in the dry period of July, and the usual caterpillar attack starting in early August. But this wasn't a biggie, because I could see them everyday and it is outdoors after all.
Bud period: they produce and finish buds very fast. I had a purple Shaman last year which I could harvest on the 1st of September. The green one seems more resinous than the purple one and makes ball-like compact buds all over the plant with a couple of big balls at the end of the branches. The purple one seems to put all its energy in producing long, spear-like budsticks with a bit of popcorn buds left on the lower part of the plant.
Smoke report: it's the Sativa that is highest in THC from Dutch passion, so it's a very braincharging smoke. One half of a thin joint and you are able to concentrate in a deeper way on drawing, talking to people or watching movies. A whole joint and you find out you have mild visions with eyes closed, you can have loops in your thinking and you are able to understand more things out of the Bhagavad-Gita.
Any more than this is trippy.
In the vaporizer the most I have smoked from this stuff is a very thin joint worth and I had very vivid hallucinations. Sometimes it is like watching the channel on the tv where you see all the channels at once, because I had all kind of images, movies in my mind at the same time, so it got a bit racey for me.
But mostly I smoke a raisin like bud in the vaporizer which gets me very uplifted.
The purple one is more uplifting then the green one.

Well, nothing too great to say about this strain, wish I had better news. Yield was excellent, one main cola with very little branching, perfect for a closet. But low crystal production.
Nice looking cured. High leaf to calyx ratio makes the cured nugs look nice. Wish there was more crystals on t

This was my first experience with feminized seeds, and my last. I found 2 pheno types, 1 was low potentcy and had little amounts of purple in the buds, the 2nd and only worth while pheno is fast flowering, with big airy sativa buds, no purple.

I do not recommend these seeds for any grower because

I have been growing Shaman from DP for some years now. Im always using regular seeds (I think they are better than the feminised because you can control males better than hermaphrodites). This is a mostly sativa dominant strain, very branchy in growth, very easy to grow it into a bush.

This year I
