Breeder's Description - 'Blue Mystic' | | Blue Mystic is one of the most popular strains of blue you have come to expect from Nirvana. This mostly Indica strain with some origins in California, produces heavy buds with a velvet blue hue in the latter stages of bloom under good growing conditions. Blue Mystic has an earthy smooth somewhat fruity berry flavor with good shelf life. Try Blue Mystic it’s our special Nirvana mix.

| I had mixed results with this strain. It is a very pretty plant. I had 4/4 females and 2 died of root rot from the best I can guess. Unfortunately I flowered them at only one month so the yield and potency was only a little better than average. The high was nice, somewhat heady with little couchlock ...continued

| A little finicky at first but then took off. It didn't like many nutes at first then it would take no more than a med feed of organics. Over all a tough plant. But if stressed too much it will hermie on ya! I only had two phenos: 3 Indica doms and 1 Sativa dom. The Sativa had the fruitier smell and ...continued

| I started 2 Blue Mystic seeds. One of which runted out in early veg. The other was the fastest growing, most healthy plant I had in my garden. This was my first grow with HID so the grow was plagued with newbie errors, which most of the plants fell victim to.
The Blue Mystic flourished through veg and reached the height of 2 feet before the other had even seen 16 in! This might be the Sativa in my pheno, but nonethless this baby was healthy. She was my heighest yielding plant, giving me a little over an oz while others gave me about 1/2 oz or so. This girl was very frosty during the early stages of flowering while others took a while longer for the frost to fill up. I was surprised this $15 strain produced the amount of frost it did.
The bud was very dense and had a very nice smell. I would recommend this one to anyone looking for a low-cost strain which is resistant to newbie mistakes.
Garden Information for this report I used a 250 watt HPS with 160 watts of shoplights for the entirety of this grow (veg to flower). Seedling were started under just flos for the first 2 weeks and then the 250w HPS was thrown in. Soil medium was 50% Sams continuous feeding, 20% worm castings, 30% perlite. In flowering I reduced the worm castings to 10% and added more Sams soil. Watered depending on the feel of the pots, usually twice a week. ALL organic nutes starting with Pure Blend in veg and Foxfarms in flowering. |

| Very easy plant to grow, hard to over fert. Mixed pheno's though... indica looking leaves but almost sativa like in the height. She would have easily gone 5 feet if it had not been topped.
Very nice up heady type high ,but that could be because it was harvested earlier than it should have been. D ...continued

I transplanted into an organic soil in a 5 gallon bucket outdoors in mid June. Basically fertilized a few times, let nature take its course for the most part. Th ...continued

| First off let me say I’m gutted I didn’t keep a mother of this, I threw it away due to space restictions. This plant is easy to grow. I put five seeds in and got two females, one of which I gave to my mate. The one I kept I took four clones off of it, they all rooted in about ten days then they wer ...continued

| Personally BM is some of the easiest bud to work with. It’s a pretty good yielder too; I harvested almost a QP per plant. The lower buds on these plants are almost completely white and stony as hell. For beginner / newbie to growing, I would highly recommend this strain.

Veg went smoothly with my 430 watt son agro bulb, 5 wks and I got a heigh avg. of 22 inches. I fed them c ...continued

| This was a very easy strain to grow. I scrogged one of these in a 5 gal bucket which increased yield.
I used Earth Juice grow for veg (and used a slight amount of GH grow as well), along with superthrive. I used Earth Juice Bloom for flowering.
I vegged under a 400W MH and flowered under a 400 ...continued
