| White Rhino are very healthy and sturdy plants. The only thing I could add is they don't take much nutes. I only use organics. But Leaf burn is there on some leafs. I've tried to back off and then fert again. I usually nute every other watering but on the White Rhino's maybe every third would do.

| This strain was very easy to grow, you would almost have to try to mess it up. I vegged until 18 inches, but I could have went longer, it finished under 3 ft. This strain does get really stinky so watch out. By the end of week four I had red hairs starting to show up. By week seven, 75 to 80% of the ...continued

| Veg: Grew very fast and healthy, vegged from seed for 1 month. Grew all plants to ~12". Used earth juice veg.
Bloom: Plants only stretched about 6" during bloom! That might be due to training as well but none the less impressive. They put on big weight with lots of hairs. Used earth juice blo ...continued

| I started these out in a 14 gallon bubbler, then as I saw a problem arise, changing nutes during flowering, didn’t want to break branches by taking top lid off, so I made it into a top feeding bubbler. I started out with 5 out of 5 beans germinating and ended up with 3 females. I started them under ...continued

Grower Report - Aethyr93 on January 28, 2004, 10:23 am | White Rhino from Nirvana rated 6.14 |
| I grew this strain out from 5 seeds. I got 100% germination. 1 plant was very skimpy and culled 2 were males and also culled.
The two remaining plants W2 and W5 were grown using Genesis formula nutes in a simple soilless mix. (See Aethyr 93 NL x Shiva report for more grow details)
The plants grew quite well and I had no problems with them during the grow.
Vegged plants 47 days and started flower at 8"
Flowered plants 60 days finished at 28"
Buds formed in a Christmas tree shape but were slow to fill out and then remained quite airy even under two 400 W lights. I grew NL x Shiva at the same time as this one and the buds on those girls were big and much tighter.
Harvest and smoke:
Yield was a bit below what I would have liked, but quite respectable. This bud had very little aroma or taste. The stone was okay. It was an all around buzz, but kind of had a wet blanket feeling to it. Just not my cup of tea.
Conclusion:
I was quite disappointed with this strain. Although it was easy to grow and looked pretty good, the poor taste and wet blanket stone was a real let down. I am growing my mother's out and will not be growing this strain anymore.
Update:
I felt I was a bit harsh on this strain so I had a few friends do a smoke report for me. They all thought the White Rhino had a very good stone and they didn't really mind the mild, almost weedy taste. In all, 2 people thought it was so-so and the rest REALLY liked it. I would consider growing this again if I had a medical application for it.
Garden Information for this report 2 x 6 closet Coarse sphagnum moss Genesis formula nutes |

| I got this strain because of all the great things one reads about it. First of all the potency and it's ability to function as a painkiller.
Veg:
I started 4 seeds, don't remember if it was me or the seeds, but out of those 2 germinated. In veg these plants were nothing unusual. Normal growt ...continued

| Hey people, this grow took place one year ago, it's just that I never had the guts to do a real report, well there it goes.
Most certainly a very decent smoke, very potent and uplifting too (at least this pheno was). After a couple of months into cure, these buds had a crust of white trichome aro ...continued

| Good plant. I only started 2 or 3 seeds, and got 1 female. She grew great. Cloned easy, and was not fussy about nutes. I had no problem growing her, and the grow room was all about problems until almost 5 weeks flowering. Grew nice fat nugs. Buds on sticks. Just one fat nug at the end of a branch, a ...continued

| This was my fist indoor grow, and the easiest grow I’ve done so far! I had no problems at all except for a little bit of nute burn when I gave high doses of 10-60-10. I germinated 2 seeds, both took in 3 days, and I got one male one female. Vegged for 2 months to just over 3 feet tall. the plant onl ...continued

| Placed one White Rhino seed in wet paper towel on 8 May 2004. You may say this is a risk to get a female but the reason is because I have "tried" to grow WR before and used 3 seeds from the same pack and I ended up with 3 males that time. So I thought that statistically the first seed that I'll take ...continued

| INTRO:
Nirvana White Rhino is heavily documented. It is known to be easy-to-grow, potent, and inexpensive. Because of this it was my first choice when I wanted to put my rookie grow-toe in the water. I was wary of mailorder seeds and didn't want to "throw away" money on some überstrain if the m ...continued

| I grew 2 WR plants. One was a monster of a grower. A pure beast that could've, and would've, taken over the cab if I had let it. It had sativa indications and seemed to never want to stop stretching. The other WR was a more indica type plant. It grew strong, and tall, but never really grew beyond it ...continued
