Indian Haze-- Kerala x Original Haze, 100% sativa --
This strain was a bit difficult to grow because of the strong odor. I have never grown anything with the smell like the Indian haze. It has the most amazing fruity smell, but it has a sweet odor while on the plant. It packs loads of THC 14-20%. It’s a good strain it’s fairly hearty. The bud is very light and fluffy, so it looks deceiving when you put it on a scale. The light buds are the best for rolling with. It will give you a good strong head high. it also makes you a bit tired after you come down. I am going to grow it again, I was very happy with the yield. it takes a long time to become ripe enough to harvest. The plants grew to be tall and pretty lanky. I had some problems with two plants...they were males, but 2 out of 10 isn’t bad.

Once I put it on 12/12 it took a while for the buds to bulk up, I got worried for one plant after about 2 weeks when I didn’t see any real changes. The plant grew in size but didn’t add any real bud size, but it soon caught up. Each one of the larger plants gave about 4 zips, and some of the smaller ones I got like 3. It took almost no time to dry out once I got it hung in a room with a HEPA filter. It took a couple of days max. I figure it might help get rid any chance of mold.

Smoke: After the harvest I hung the buds in a room to dry, then in a cardboard box for final drying. I then cured it in jars for a month. Once I opened the jars the fruity smell came pouring out. The sweet taste was even stronger than before. So I rolled some and had my friends over and we all smoked them. Indian haze gave us a different high, it started out as a strong cerebral high, very trippy. Then the high moved to the body after about 15 min. That effect was interesting you get the best of both types of highs, indica and sativa. I think it’s strange that we got a strong couch-lock because it was 100% sativa. Overall everyone liked the bud and I was quite happy with the results.

All of my friends went mad as soon as they saw it and smelled the fruity smell. All of them wanted seeds, but there were hardly any. Which is good for some people and bad for others. i kept the few that i got for my next grow, because the seeds are somewhat expensive

I grow in my basement so I have all the room I need. I have a 1000 HPS light, and a couple of full spectrums that I use while the plants are germinating and in veg. There are a couple of window fans and a large HEPA filter which helps with circulation and with the smell. I like to grow organically, and this strain appeared to like the organic feed better than chemicals.
