Sensi's Mexican Sativa was one of several seed packs I obtained from the Sensi Museum Coffeshop while visiting Amsterdam 2 years ago. They were grown outdoor in South Australia.

excellent germination rate 100% (allways with sensi) even after 18 months in the freezer. paper towel method. Seedlings were grown under a 130w compact fluro until about 10 inches tall.

Once in the ground, seedlings grew quite vigorously. They were planted late in the season, and so never reached thier full size (2-3m). They finished at about 6 ft.

In flower, I would say this strain had a very fast finish for an almost 100% Sativa. Plants packed on a lot of weight in the final 2 weeks, but still the yield was rather low. Long, fluffy spiraling buds which did shrink a lot once dried. High calyx to leaf ratio. Not a lot of hashable trim.

The aroma and taste of this strain were outstanding. Very complex and unique. On a fresh plant the smell is rather fruity and funky, a little sweet and with a hint of anise. As the buds are cured, more of the sweet anise character comes through.

Good potency and excellent effect. Not devastatingly potent, but not mild either. The effect was the most positive I have ever had. Happy, creative, alert, a little trippy at times). Not very narcotic at all - not a medical strain. People loved the effect. A few people said it was the best weed they had ever had. (and those guys smoked a lot a bud). Amongst my friends its still a special treat when I pull out my jar from the fridge. A rare treat.

Genetically stable. A little variation in yield and bud structure, but effect, smell and taste characteristics were very uniform. Uniform height as well.

Plants caused no major complications or special needs. easy to grow. No issues with pests, dissease or mold.

Fantastic for personal stash, but not much commertial potential due to low yield. The top pic is of some cured buds from my stash. These are some of the finest buds out of the grow and have been curing in a jar in my fridge for the last 6 months (they only get better)

Overall this strain is excellent value as its one of the cheapest seed packs you can buy (from any breeder that is). If you are not after a huge yield, but want top quality buds for personal stash, this is a great choice.
