Breeder's Description - 'Kali Mist' | | Arguably the top sativa strain available today. With 90% sativa genetices, Kali Mist grows into tall, running, classically sativa plants with very few leaves. This strain produces dense clusters of full fluffy buds, producing much higher yields than you would expect. The plant structure and few leaves allow the light to pass all the way to lower branches, allowing bottom buds to develop fully. When planted outside early in the year this plant can grow very tall. A very nice strain very cerebral high not dificult to work with, great for cloning. Not a very compact plant but yield is good. Allways had 100% females and I've grown this strain for two years and I never had any problems with mold or fungus, which means the plants have a very good genetic make-up. ...continued

I personally love this strain. It's generally hardy, it handles high heat levels and draught very well, definitely mold resistant, yielded well even during a thrip infestation, etc. Cloning it fast and easy. It seems to respond well to various supercropping methods.

Kali Mist is a must have when I visit Amsterdam so I thought I may as well grow my own.
I germed 15 seeds and 14 came good.
I only ended up with 4 females and 7 males with the remainder not sure what sex to be. ( my fault though as I had very unstable lighting in veg)

5 seeds: 3 female (1 outdoor) 1 hermie, 1 male. 1600w.
Not so easy to grow, but with a good soil and pH t grows well.
When you pass 12/12 it starts to stretch and can easily grow for the 1st 30 days 1 metre.
Don't give it any potting or FIM, the principal bud is spectacular...

Of course you can buy it at the Dam, but its soo much better when you grow it!
Great to grow if you have height. Handles very cold weather nicely. Loves to suck up the nutes, was hard to burn the tips. I burn the first 1/4 of the tip, and back off of my solution by 20 percent for a perfect feed.
The buds are fluffy but very fat. The taste is perect with a 30 day cure. As said, its somewhat like Black Domina, but with its own accent..It is very very spicey-almost harsh in the first 5-10 days of drying. Looks are spectacular. Lots and lots of trichs, with great orange-rust hairs.
The high is perfect for a seasoned vetern. No problems building a tolerence with this strain!! It makes your head feel very heavy, with a great laughing high.
These are from 2002-in 2000 they were crossed for bigger yields.

This plant was very uniform throughout all of the 14 /15 seeds that sprouted. After the second week of veg it began to show its sativa side and stretched. A very tall and lanky plant. easy to grow, will stretch a lot in flowering. Beatiful white sticky oily buds that fill out at the end of flowering. Bud are hard and not too leafy.may change colors at end of cycle.

Well lets just say that this strain will take you for a wild ride that is only for the experienced smoker. Being on the KALI mist is similar to mushrooms....it is some crazy stuff......14 weeks flower formy girls but it could be taken down at 12.
