Breeder's Description - 'Apollo 11' | | Apollo 11 is a awesome indoor hybrid that is Sativa dominant it has a high calyx/leaf ratio & finishes flowering in 7 weeks or less. Expect some variation among individuals. When selecting a keeper I would aim for the more short heavily branched plants with great amounts off dense, resinous bud sites Apollo 11 and Ice Princess are similarly frosty and potent with different highs & flavors. Apollo 11 can be considered "smart weed", very cerebral and thought provoking, a happy high and a citrus flavor.

This is actually the Apollo 11 G version of the Spice Bros. Apollo 11 (made from a mother exhibiting Genius traits). I germed 4, lost 2 due to germ problems (my fault). Of the remaining 2, one was male and one female -- but oh what a female.

I bought this strain back in 11/03 along with a few others. A11 is now one of the top strains in my garden and will be for as long as I can see. i was very dissapointed in the beginning. from 2 packs of spice brothers apollo 11 genius pheno, i germinated 15 seeds and only 5 cracked and finally made it after 4 -5 weeks of vegging. Every single one was healthy and green and 4 of them were female! i used 2x18W flouros for the first 4-5 days, 400W mh for a couple of weeks and i had 2 400W mh at the end of veg.
In flowering they stretched 2 times their size. I added 2 400W hps and later 2 more 150w mh. They took their food very well and bloomed nicely (although with a lot of stretch... ;p). First one was cut at day 48 and the rest 3 at day 58.
I used maxicrop for germination and veg, earth juice grow for veg, biobizz bloom and earth juice bloom for flowering plus Biobizz Topmax for all the 12 hour period.
Oh, they were sharing their garden with 2 more Citral from nirvana and 3 C-99.
Yield was about 1.5 oz for the first one and 2 oz each one of the rest.
Smoking is a non-stop pleasure! :) It comes nicely and fills you right up, messing up your brain. It surely messed up my brain writing all this stuff! :))))
Garden Information for this report 9 plants in a 2m X 2m space, fitted 3X3.

A11 is a very stable f2. This is the second breeders A11 f2's I have grown. She is very branchy and also lanky so height could be a problem if not planned on ahead of time.
