Breeder's Description - 'Sweet Tooth #3' | | Sweet Tooth #3 (fourth generation, 3rd Backcross to Sweet Pink Grapefruit mother). This Sweet Tooth is the result of one backcross line wherein the goal in searching the father was an emphasis on the taxonomy and aroma of the original SPG mother. The Grapefruit is a true favourite among growers and consumers. It is possibly the most cultivated strain among commercial producers in Vancouver. The preceding BX2 seed that the father was selected from produced quite homogenous grapefruit-like plants, this generation should be suitable for crossing. The plant is high yielding for a Sweet Tooth yet r ...continued

| The Sweet Tooth #3. What a bouquet. The smell and the taste are top notch. The yield is good. The nugs are big and very dense. Is like go and smoke a green good-smelling rock. When you cut it in two -with a scissor of course- the pungent extremely sweet taste shines. So at that point before smoking ...continued

| These plants were very hardy in veg. They looked heathy from day 1. At about 40 days flower they swelled up and started leaning every which way but the stems were strong enough to hold the weight. All were done in about 8 weeks. Very dense buds. Watch out for mold. If humidity is high (60%) I'd rec ...continued

| Medical use as an aid to sleep when smoked in large quantities.
This strain develops very thick main/primary stems and secondary branching early on, which tells me it is capable of putting on some real weight. These plants were vegged for about 28 days, flowered at approximately 12 inches and the ...continued

| Germed 10 and got 4 females 4 males. This report is on the Sativa pheno only. I was not impressed with any of the Indicas. I rooted clones easily in 10 days. The Sativa pheno is by far the best. | Love smelling this plant in the morning. She's a chunky girl, that produces some huge, light green buds, with thick orange pistils. She got spiter mites before any of my other plants. This is my morning and afternoon smoke.

| 100% germination from seed, ~50% female. The growth on these plants was phenomenal during veg, they grew with a tallish narrow struture from seed. Easy cloners and forgiving of mistakes.
The first thing that was noticed during flower was the wonderful sweet smell, not like typical cannabis at all ...continued

| 12 seeds: 11 female, 1 male
Very easy to grow. When you put it into bloom, after 15 days comes the trichome production. The strech is not impressive, it remains very short. After 30 days it's already full of crystals.

| Sweet Tooth #3 is a good grower and is fairly stable with some variation though. Good vigor with pretty good yields. Not very branchy and would probably do best in a SOG setup with no topping of plants. Flowers in about 60 days
Very crystalized and very chunky, dense nuggets. Wonderful sweet grapefruit taste. Not an extreme taste, but definitely has some really nice flavor. Buds smell great when broken apart. Mostly indica high, but nicely balanced. Pretty good potency, about a 7 out of 10. I like it because it has a pleasant Indica stone but it is not devasting or day ending (I like the devasting Indicas the most, but only to smoke at night)
It is definitely an indica you can smoke during the day and not be completely devastated. Nice relaxing stone. Semi-euphoric (not quite as euphoric as Bubblegum or Bogglegum) and no edge to the high.
These were vegged for about 5 weeks under fluros and then flowered under a 1000W HPS. These were taken at around 50 days of flowering and are close to harvest. They went a total of about 60 days.
There was a little variance, but 3 of the phenos were very similar and leaned to the Grapefruit side of the cross. The other pheno seemed to have more Afghani in it
Garden Information for this report These plants were grown under a 1000w HPS. Vegged under fluros for around 5 weeks, but I should have vegged them 6-7 weeks. They are grown in Pro Mix soil with about 30% more perlite added and a little lime to bring up the PH slightly. They were fertilized with Fox Farm organics. Grow Big, Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom. The schedule used was fertilize with Fox Farm, then two plain waterings after that before fertilizing again. From now on Indonesian Bat Guano 0-13-0 will be used for the last two weeks of flowering before a 14 day plain water flush to cut out nitrogen completely. |
