  Breeder's Description - 'Sweet Purple'
A very strong, rather tall plant with hues of purple and pink, that tastes like strawberries. She grows good indoors, and is also perfectly adapted to colder regions such as Holland for outdoor growing. Her early flowering means you can harvest fat colas before the "bad" weather starts.

Overall Rating7  EffectSomewhat heady
Potency6  StatureExtremely varied

Sweet Purple is a three-way cross and actually quite varied and not a stable or uniform strain at all (which I guess is why it's so cheap). It's not particularly potent and doesn't yield a lot. Average on both counts but it has the sweetest, most refreshing strawberry taste you are ever likely to en ...continued

I germinated 2 seeds in a wet paper towel that was in a tupperware container on top of my DSL modem.

Within 36 hours they were both planted in 6 inch pots using miracle grow. I only have one grow room and decided to throw some more in there with the big ones that were soon going to flower.

They sprouted in a few days, one was strange because I planted it in the middle and it shot out from the side. They grew pretty fast and vigorous. The others were time to flower, so they were growing in 12/12. A few weeks later preflowers started coming out and they started coming up with just one big bud up the middle.

One of them was given to a very good friend, which is doing so much better than my other one right now. It grew for around 35-40 days in flowering before a early harvest. This grow taught me a lot about early flowering and early flowering strains. I would recommend this to everyone. You can grow a lot with one bud just coming up the middle or if you have enough space, you can grow them out.

I am going to try this strain again, but this time I'm going to grow them out and do a lot more stuff more proper. I didn't weigh out what I harvested but It was a decent small nug, the picture of the nug was when It was first getting dried, not cured yet.

I ordered some Sensi Star so I figured I'd pick up some Sweet Purple too since it was only $20 and was supposed to have nice colors and taste/smell like strawberries. I had some germ problems (don't think it was the seeds) and ended up w/ 4 girls. They had very indica style leaves and growth, very c ...continued
