Breeder's Description - 'Northern Lights' | | An absolute must for the indoor grower! For many years the Northern LightsŪ dominated the various Harvest festivals. Through selective breeding we have succeeded in producing one of the most powerful plants in the world. On top of that, we have developed a pure Indica strain highly adapted for indoor growing: compact, powerful with a good yield and exceptional resin production. A most lucrative plant for the indoor grower.
Flowering: 45-50 days. Height: 100-125 cm. Yield: up to 125 gr.

| I started off with these seeds as I was a beginner and was advised through this site as well as other places that NL was indeed the most hardy strain to grow, and was easy to clone, even for someone with my limited growing experience.
I would recommend it to beginners with money however, as the i ...continued

Grower Report - SuperToker on August 26, 2003, 1:41 pm | | 1 Image | Smooth smoke, very enjoyable and tasty. Very pleasant body high. Tastes as sweet as it smells. Be careful smoking this as it has somewhat of a creeping stone, and if you smoke too much you might end up feelin a little bit too stoned. Great plant, easy to grow, very enjoyable.

Grower Report - FyErMoN69 on December 30, 2003, 8:49 am | | 1 Image | I have grown Northern Lights through the years and found it to be a very "User Friendly" plant. Grower Report - Feng Shui on March 28, 2004, 7:24 pm | Northern Lights from Sensi Seeds rated 7.71 |
| I grew Sensi Seeds version of Northern Lights and was pleased with the results. It is a very tolerent strain when it comes to plant abuse, it can handle more nutes than many other strains. The odor and flavor both lack which gets made up for by potency.
Northern Lights has great potential for breeding because it finishes fast, very tolerant plant, very potent, and very stable!
Garden Information for this report Flowering area is a box 8ft. long, 3ft. deep, and 4ft. high. Two doors on it with passive/forced intake. I grow 10-12 bushes in this box in 2-3 gallon containers. I use a 243 cfm inline fan to exhaust the box. Veg is a 400wMH + one 4ft floro for seedling and clones. For the growing medium I use potting mix with added perlite, bone/blood meal, some micro organic nutes. For liquid ferts I use Pure Blend for veg and flower, then flush with pure water last 10 days of flowering. |

| This was my first NL grow and, since I don't have the green thumb, I'm glad for the ease of this plant. No problems at all with pests, just a little nitrogen deficiency. I grew indoor during seedling and flowering state, outdoor during vegging. The odour is very low but this doesn't affect the pot ...continued
