Very very easy to grow. It was my first plant ever outdoors and I just let it do it's thing while feeding with pure blend. Very nice plant. Grew into typical christmas tree formation. Worth a lot more than the $15 I paid.

California Orange is some excellent stuff. She looks beautiful, and smells just like an orange citrus cleaner. She grew to about 3' tall, with 1' of that being pure thick cola. It's incredibly dense with trichs all over.
The stone is not creeper. After a nice hit you suddenly realize that you are completley stoned. Although this is an indica, major couch-lock is not present. This strain makes you think, and is an excellent day smoke. You will remain fully functional while feeling great.
Appearance is excellent. Yield is great. Odor is AMAZING. Taste is lovely. I really couldn't ask for more out of a strain.
Garden Information for this report 400w HPS. 15-30-15 nutes. Last 20 days of flower she was fed only water. This made the taste incredible. |

Started 5 seeds. 100% germinated within 30 hours.
3 females.
These were grown outdoors
Plants in 3 gal containers.
Moved in and out to induce flowering.
Kept in full sun for most of day, put inside darkroom for 12 hrs every evening.
Trichomes became cloudy at apx 48-50 days

Germed 3 seeds by soaking them in a cup of water for 12 hours then placing them into 16 oz cups filled with miracle grow soil. All 3 popped within 2 days and were placed in a 2' x 2' cab under a vertical 150 HPS. Due to a lack of proper ventilation these plants grew slowly at first in the high heat ...continued

Nothing real special here. Micro grow under CFLS with Nirvana's Cali-O Bud. Heres the stats--

As my first attempt at growing, I found that orange bud cooperates well in that it takes transplants easy and is what I would recommend as a good strain for a first timer to grow.
