| Very very easy to grow. It was my first plant ever outdoors and I just let it do it's thing while feeding with pure blend. Very nice plant. Grew into typical christmas tree formation. Worth a lot more than the $15 I paid.

| California Orange is some excellent stuff. She looks beautiful, and smells just like an orange citrus cleaner. She grew to about 3' tall, with 1' of that being pure thick cola. It's incredibly dense with trichs all over.
The stone is not creeper. After a nice hit you suddenly realize that you are ...continued

| Germed 3 seeds by soaking them in a cup of water for 12 hours then placing them into 16 oz cups filled with miracle grow soil. All 3 popped within 2 days and were placed in a 2' x 2' cab under a vertical 150 HPS. Due to a lack of proper ventilation these plants grew slowly at first in the high heat ...continued

| As my first attempt at growing, I found that orange bud cooperates well in that it takes transplants easy and is what I would recommend as a good strain for a first timer to grow.
Germination- threw the seed in an altoid's container filled with water. after a day the seed cracked, so I tossed (her) in some soil and let her veg indoors. I vegged this plant indoors for a while, then threw her outside in the garden and left her to do her own thing. After 2 weeks I visited the plant again, and found out that she was a girl! I quickly transplanted her from the outside soil into a pot, and flowered her indoors. By this time she had grown into somewhat round shape because of all the sun she got outdoors, but still "tall and lanky" like any sativa phenotype.
I vegged for 53 days, until the onset of a spider mite invasion. I chopped her down (she was looking real ready) before the spider mites could spread, and I was REAL happy for a first time grower. You'll see the results.
Garden Information for this report For my indoor flowering room, i used 5 x 25 watt cool white compact flouros 3 x 25 watt warm compact flouros 4 x 35 watt flouros Yes. This was a Flouro grow ! The growing medium was soil, I used H2o2 alot to clean the soil from time to time for impurities. Superthrive was used also during the transplants from indoors -> outdoors -> indoors. For the flowering cycle I used the common 12/12 lighting. I had to tie the main stalk to the pot itself, because it got sort of top heavy during its flowering period. I watered whenever the pot felt light (no water) and when it was visible that the top 2 inches of soil were dry. For ferts I used normal fert pellets (wouldnt recommend this if you want to know EXACTLY what your plant is eating). For the drying process, I dried in an empty computer case with 2 fans installed for air circulation. Pretty silent and inconspicuous, and dried the buds well (no mold). Took about 9 days to dry an ounce. |
